The ACE Scholars program is a comprehensive, top-tier program that provides support to former foster youth at California State University San Marcos. Their mission is to transform the lives of these young individuals through higher education. I worked on this video project for several months, from planning to filming, and of course, editing and post-production. I am extremely grateful to the students who shared their touching stories; they are truly humbling and inspiring.
Working on this project was a rewarding and enriching experience. Being able to help tell the stories of these brave and talented young individuals, and highlighting the importance of higher education in their lives, was truly impactful. Each one of them has a unique story and a deep desire to succeed despite the adversities they have faced in their lives.
